1952
The journey began with the first retail shop, Kawre Coldrinks, at Ganpati Chowk, Pune. The original menu featured Doodh Coldrink and Rose Milk — simple, handcrafted, and loved by the neighbourhood.

1953–1970
In 1953, Pot Ice Cream was introduced with two classic flavours — Mango and Pistachio. By 1965, the first Electric Pot Machine brought Tutti Fruti to the menu. In 1970, the dessert experience grew further with specialty items like the Pineapple Sundae and the beloved Fruit King.
1987–1995
In 1987, the first industrial machinery was purchased at the Delhi International Trade Fair. Construction of a dedicated factory began in 1988, and by 1990 the Khed Shivapur Factory commenced full production. 1992 saw the first Satara outlet open, followed in 1995 by the launch of Shrikhand and Amrakhand in Elaichi and Keshar Pista flavours.
1997–2010
By 1997, operations scaled to cover the entire state of Maharashtra. In 2000, a robust supply chain was built by appointing distributors across the state. The Franchise Model officially launched in 2005, and by 2010 Kawre had reached a landmark milestone of 30+ active franchises.
2015–Present
In 2015, hit flavours Paanshot and Golden Magic were launched to instant acclaim. 2024 welcomed Brownie Fudge to the premium lineup. In 2026, the legacy continues — one scoop at a time.
